SURVEY REGARDING AMENDMENTS OF RENEWABLE ENERGY ACT 2011 (ACT 725) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF REGULATORY IMPACT ANALYSIS (RIA)

Please be informed that the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia is currently making amendments to the Renewable Energy Act 2011 (Act 725) which aims to ensure that this act can be implemented more efficiently and orderly manner as well as to further encourage the development of renewable energy in Malaysia.

In this regard, SEDA Malaysia would like to invite YBhg. Datuk/ Dato ’/ Ir./ Dr./ Ts./ Tuan/ Puan to participate in this survey . Feedback can be made not later than 15 June 2022 via the following link:
