SEDA Malaysia wishes to invite all experienced and qualified companies/firms registered in Malaysia and with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) under relevant codes to submit proposal for:

All prospective bidders are required to attend the Briefing Session and proposals from bidders that did not attend the Briefing Session will not be considered.
Briefing Session will be held as follows:

Attendance Form for the RFP Briefing Session can be downloaded at www.seda.gov.my.
SEDA Malaysia only provides the soft copies of the RFP Document –with Serial Number to those bidders who attend the RFP Briefing Session. Bidders are required to submit the Certified True Copy of the following items during the RFP Briefing Session;
- Certificate of registration with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM);
- Certificate of registration with Ministry of Finance;
- Attendance Form;
Proposals will be accepted until 6.00 pm, 8th December 2020. All proposals must be submitted in a softcopy by email with Title and RFP number written on email subject to [email protected].
Proposals received after that date and time will not be accepted.
The cost of attending the Briefing Session and preparing the proposal will not be reimbursed. SEDA Malaysia is not bound to accept any of the RFP submitted. SEDA Malaysia has the right to accept, reject or cancel part of or the whole RFP proposal / exercise without prior notice.
