KUALA LUMPUR: Sustainable Energy Development Authority (Seda) Malaysia has appointed Datuk Hamzah Hussin as its new chief executive officer, effective Feb 22,2021.
In a statement, Seda said Hamzah has notable experience in the field of land administration and management.
“Seda is confident that Hamzah will be able to spearhead the renewable energy and energy efficiency agenda in the country.
“His in-depth portfolio and vast experiences in the field of management, administration, strategic planning and government policies are valuable attributes to Malaysia’s sustainable energy agenda, ” it said.
Hamzah holds a Bachelor in Economics (Economic Analysis) from University of Malaya and has served in various ministries and district administrations. — Bernama
