The key role of SEDA Malaysia is to administer and manage the implementation of the feed-in tariff mechanism which is mandated under the Renewable Energy Act 2011.

SENIOR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT UNIT
HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Human Development or other related field/ equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources Management field preferably those with related experience in organizational design and review, development of job descriptions (JD) and maintaining up-to-date JD inventory, talent management, succession planning and performance management system;
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating the execution of related strategic HR initiatives / programs to ensure it is in line with the policy, procedures and organisation’s direction;
- Review, update and recommend improvement to related HR policy, procedures, or standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure they are still relevant, effective and up to date;
- Strong knowledge/ experience of managing sensitive/ confidential matter/ situations;
- Knowledge of Government Circulars, Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 (Act 605), Employment Act 1955 (Act 265) and Industrial Relation Act 1967 (Act 177) would be highly advantageous;
- Those with experience in working with statutory body or government are highly valued;and
- Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
