In conjunction with that, SEDA Malaysia through Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) is pleased to inform that GITE Solar Leasing is now open for application until 31st December 2023.
Qualifying Companies* are advised to refer to the Green Technology Tax Incentive Guidelines and its related forms for the application process which can be obtained from the SEDA Malaysia’s web portal at https://www.seda.gov.my/policies/other-related-fiscal-incentives/
*Note: Qualifying Company which has undertaken GITE Solar Leasing project(s) and has issued the first invoice before application made to MIDA is not eligible for this incentive. However, special exemption is given to the application that has already issued the first invoice starting 1st January 2020. The special exemption is only valid for applications received by MIDA before 19th December 2022.
